Starflow does not grant refunds because transactions are between fans and creators.* 

Reach out to the creator for a refund regardless of the situation. 

If you support a creator on a monthly basis, your pledge is renewed on the 1st of every month. You'll need to delete your pledge prior to the 1st of the next month if you want to avoid the next month's charge.

Since Starflow only provides the venue upon which transactions between users are made, we do not issue refunds on behalf of creators. If a fan would like to request a refund, they will need to contact the creator in order to do so. Creators can issue refunds from their Fan Relationship Manager by going to fan list for the paid post or post month a refund is due for and clicking the refund button on the right-hand side of the fans information.

If a creator wishes to issue a refund, but is having difficulty in doing so, they can reach out to us for assistance as well. 


** In the event the creator is unable to initiate a refund for any reason, Starflow will initiate cardholder refund.

** Please note: once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process.
