  1. Check your browser. Having a supported browser is the best way to access the course. Starflow supports the following desktop browsers:
    Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.
  1. Check your internet connection. A weak internet connection will sometimes cause the videos to load slowly or slow down.
  2. Clear your cache. Just clearing out some data and cookies may fix the issue.
