Starflow does not grant refunds because transactions are between fans and creators.*

Reach out to the creator for a refund regardless of the situation.

If you support a creator on a monthly basis, your payment is renewed one month later after the initial subscription, and every month after that.

Since Starflow only provides the venue upon which transactions between users are made, we do not issue refunds on behalf of creators. If a fan would like to request a refund, they will need to contact Starflow in order to do so.

If a creator wishes to issue a refund, but is having difficulty in doing so, they can reach out to us for assistance as well.

** In the event the creator is unable to initiate a refund for any reason, Starflow will initiate cardholder refund.

** Please note: once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process.
